Privacy Policy

We store the minimum data needed to give you a useful daily debrief: device sync data (Garmin / Apple / Whoop / Oura), quiz answers, voice notes and RPE entries, and account details. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. Coaches you opt-in to share with see only the athletes who shared with them. You can export everything and delete your account at any time from settings.
